Baltic Offshore 'Ultimate EXTRA' 150N Automatic Life jacket - with light and sprayhood!

This professional quality 150N lifejacket from Swedish Manufacturer Baltic features a solas approved lifejacket light and a sprayhood. It is suitable for offshore use including extreme conditions, heavy weather and night passages.

Complies with the RORC (Royal Ocean Racing Club) lifejacket specifications for offshore racing.

This premium quality lifejacket has an integral harness with detachable crutch strap and has been designed to be comfortable to wear. Tough black outer cover which features a detatchable fleece collar for comfort. It fits well due to the ideal distribution of straps and minimal weight around the neck area, weight distribution is over the shoulders.

The Baltic Offshore Ultimate offers both automatic and manual inflation, through the brand new ‘United Moulders MK5’ inflation system, with 33g CO2 cylinder. The MK5 system features 'ready' status indicators which can be viewed through the window on the front of the jacket, this system indicates both cylinder ready and auto inflator ready.
The MK5 system is interchangeable with the standard United Moulders system, making replacement parts no problem if you are sailing abroad.

This inflator provides very fast inflation in seconds upon submersion in water, and will not allow accidental inflation from spray or rain.

It also has the facility to manually inflate or top up air via an oral tube.

Features an integrated harness with stainless steel fittings including a ‘d ring’ for attaching a lifeline. Integral crotch strap.

The Baltic Offshore Ultimate also features a fully fitted water activated light as standard, a sealed unit with at least a 4 year shelf life. It also has a sprayhood fitted. It also features retro reflective tape on the inflating bladder. Zip and velcro closure on outer cover with easy access point to the inflator for checks etc. Toggles to attach to a sailing jacket.

With 150 Newton’s of buoyancy this lifejacket conforms to European standard EN 396. Also ISO 12402-3 approved! It also meets the RORC lifejacket specifications for offshore racing. Officially classed as a lifejacket because it turns you into the upright position once in the water. This lifejacket is recommended for use offshore and in foul weather clothing.
