Sea sickness glasses

This new patented product was developed by a French optomerist.

Tested in clinical trials on the French Navy who had sucess with 95% of patients.

These glasses work by providing an artificial horizon in the field of view at both the front and side. Anyone who has felt the effects of seasickness will appriciate these spectacles. They are silver in colour and have clear vision lenses. can be worn over existing spectacles too.

Motion sickness is a sensorial conflict between the view and the balance of the internal ear.
In a boat we move with our field of view which is kept within the confinement of the boat. because our field of view doesn't give any information connected to the horizon or earth, but at the same time the internal ears are still working as usual - there is sensorial conflict.
Boarding ring glasses give the eyes the data of movement which aren't visible in the boat. As its the internal ear that usues this data it doesn't disturb the regular vision.

These sea sick glasses provide fast relief, no side effects. Yes you may look a little odd, but anyone who has experinced seasickness would be happy to wear them! Because they are only worn once the effects of seasickness start and can be removed faily quickly once the effects clear, they are great to carry on any boat.
