"Absolutely fantastic service. I ordered 'cold', on the basis of a web search and then reading the reviews. I wasn't dissapointed! I had a question about the item, which I submitted online and received an email response within the hour. I then ordered online and forgot to book next day delivery, so phone up, got a real person straight away (!) and she amended my order and was able to take payment for next day over the phone. It arrived the next day as promised. It's a great jacket and - like everyone else says in their reviews - of course I hope that we'll never use it. "

"Excellent BA that looks great, fits snugly when adjusted correctly with the added security of the crotch straps to stop it riding up in the water to obscure your movement and vision. Front pocket big enough for a safety knife plus bits and bobs. My 10 and 8 year olds both have them and they love 'em. Tried, tested and work brilliantly. 10/10"

"SUPERB PRODUCT. There are many companies who could learn from this supplier about all aspects of customer service. Our dogs life jacket came within 48 hours of being ordered with several emails keeping me informed of the order being processed. The courier gave us a time to within an hour for delivery. "I thought I would need to purchase complete re-arming kits when the cartridges on our lifejackets reached their expiry dates so I was pleasantly surprised to find that cartridges were available separately. Ordering was straightforward with no necessity to create a customer account - full marks for that. The items were dispatched promptly and arrived within the estimated delivery time."

"Excellent lifejacket that is smart, very comfortable to wear, very secure and Baltic have got it spot on. The jacket will not ride up with all the fastening's the easy to fasten crotch strap that is fitted with a quick release buckle which means you don't have to do the usual 'dance' that you have to do with other jackets to climb into them! The Marine Warehouse service was exemplary with updates during shipping and very quick despatch and delivery. I look forward to dealing with you again in the future."

"Bought these lifejackets to replace old bulky ones. These are much more appropriate for rivers and inland waterways. Comfortable and easy to wear when working through locks etc. Seem well made and smart appearance. Ordering and delivery was very easy, kept well informed throughout the process and delivered next day with no p&p cost added. This is an excellent service and a model for other sales websites and companies. Could not fault it in any way."

"I spend quite a lot of time looking at life jacket lights and have bought a couple of different makes before buying these UML lights. I have to say I am very impressed with these ones. They are small and light but the brightness of the light is such that it hurts your eyes to stare at it. I would be very confident of someone seeing me with this on from a great distance at night. I also like the attachment point which seems much sturdier than other models. Over all I would highly recommend these lights. I was happy to see a nice long expiry date in 2018 on them too. Great value. "
